He has over 20 years of experience in the area of trees. About 9 years ago we had Tory come and trim our 50-year-old Jacaranda tree and we were very happy with the care and concern about the tree as well as their work. We looked for them online when we wanted our tree re-trimmed and realized they were now Tree Cherubs. Tory and Herme worked efficiently and carefully around all the plants we had growing under the tree. We also appreciated they were good value for money. In terms of customer service and knowledgeable expertise, there really is no one else that I would ever call again in the Bay Area for tree work. He picked up the phone on my first call to request an inspection. He was flexible and just an absolute rockstar in terms of scheduling and punctuality. His quote was very reasonable and he was able to accommodate our fast timeline due to insurance reasons.
